I am based near Leesburg, Virginia, and my work is inspired by the Blue Ridge Mountains, local farms, forests, and wildlife. About the Artist

Nadya Gordon is a Northern Virginia–based acrylic painter whose rich cultural background and lifelong passion for art inform a luminous, emotionally resonant body of work. Born and raised in Kazakhstan and now creating from her studio in Leesburg, she harnesses her cross-cultural roots to infuse her semi-realistic landscapes, wildlife scenes, and nature-inspired compositions with a unique poetic energy.

With more than two decades of painting experience, Nadya originally worked in oils before transitioning to acrylics, drawn to their vibrant possibility and the immediacy they afford her process.
